I highly recommend Hannah's service, our four year old was waking far too early in the morning and disturbing everyone's sleep. We were all feeling tired and grumpy from being woken too early, this especially wasn't fair on his brothers having to go to school with not enough sleep. Hannah gave us a plan which was easy to follow and I'm happy to say our son is now staying in bed until the time we've set for him to get up. Thank you Hannah our family is happier and healthier for it!

    Hannah was absolutely AMAZING! My son was just over 8 months old and wouldn't go to sleep without being bounced or rocked for at least 30 min and still would only sleep a max of 3 hr stretch. By day 3 he was putting himself to sleep and only waking up once at night. After day 5 he was sleeping a solid 12 hrs at night and actually had an amazing nap schedule! We were all much happier ! So grateful for all she did for us !!!

    When we started working with Hannah our daughter was 9 months old and would not go to sleep without nursing or sleep in her crib. No one was getting any decent sleep and I really didn't think anything was going to change this. Everyone kept telling me that she needed to cry it out or I just had to wait for it get better. Neither of these things sounded like a good option. Hannah asked us thoughtful questions and was able to give us a wonderful sleep plan we could work with. Because our daughter was a bit older it took longer to change her sleep patterns but we did, and she is now a great sleeper in her own bed. She also naps on a regular schedule and does not have to be nursed to sleep. I had a done a lot of reading on my own but all the advice got very confusing.     I was in search of someone who could help me and be a support system for getting my 6 month old son on track and sleeping better. I wasn't a fan of having a stranger come into my home and working with my son, I wanted to be the person there with him. Hannah was the perfect person for this! I also loved how she is a mother herself and has a background in pediatric nursing. I felt confident in her skills and took the plunge! Working with Hannah was such a pleasure. She is very knowledgeable about babies sleep patterns and how to plan and schedule your day around the optimal times they should be sleeping based on their age. She really worked with me on setting up the best atmosphere to encourage my little guy to sleep better. It is still a work in progress, but as she told me consistency is key! He has already shown so much improvement after our week of working together and I can't wait to see how he continues to improve! He went from being a chronic cat-napper and waking every hour or two at night to now taking longer naps and only waking a few times at night. Hannah will work with you to find the best situation for your family and only doing what you are comfortable with. I definitely recommend her services to any parents looking to help their little ones sleep better.

    I really regret not contacting her sooner. EVERY parent needs Hannah in their lives. My nickname for her is "sleep hero Hannah." Never in a million years did I think my 5mo baby would sleep through the night or even be headed in that direction. Before Hannah, our son was waking up every 1.5-2 hours during the night. We tried every sleeping contraption. He slept in the boppy lounger, in a rock and play, then a dock a tot, and finally as is, in bed with me. I was so desperate for sleep that my husband was kicked out and slept in our guest room. Now, Logan naps during the day and sleeps about 11-12 hours total with one wake during the night *IN HIS OWN CRIB!* My house is clean, I can shower and get completely ready for the day, and most importantly, my husband is back sleeping in our bed. This experience has been life changing and that is no exaggeration. I definitely recommend text support. However, I am now having separation anxiety � Thank you so much Hannah!

    Hannah is a miracle worker! My third child was a terrible sleeper. We had gotten in the habit of bouncing him to sleep and putting him in his swing to keep him asleep. By the time he was five months old we were sleep deprived and out nights and days were consumed with bouncing and praying our baby would stay asleep. Hannah answered my millions of questions thoroughly. She is extremely knowledgable. Within days of receiving our sleep assessment and our initial phone call, my baby was falling asleep within minutes on his own and staying asleep! Hallelujah! It's been a month and he is still taking regular naps and sleeps amazingly at night. We have our lives back! I feel like a person again now that I am getting sleep. I cannot praise and thank Hannah enough. She saved our sanity and helped us enjoy our baby instead of dreading his sleep. I cannot recommend her enough!

    I cannot thank Hannah enough for helping me get my 17 moth old toddler, from co-sleeping to sleeping on his own. I was the parent that could not stand the thought of my child crying himself to sleep but I was at my wits end. I searched for all kinds of answers and read many books. I also hired a "sleep coach' to help me 3 months prior to hiring Hannah, and that experience turned sour. You can truly tell that Hannah loves what she does and is not in it for the money. She gave us a few gentle sleep options to help me get my son to sleeping on his own. My son was sleeping 12 hours on his own for the second night. Hannah has always been there for me from day I messaged her on FB. Not only has she been there for me to help with sleep for my son, but many other topics/issues as a first time mom.     Our son tricked us early on, he was only up 1-2 times a night to nurse and then right back down to sleep. Around 5 months of age, things shifted and we began the nighttime battle. Bedtime was taking 1-2 hours and he was up every hour or two all night. Within the week we worked with Kelsey Dressely we have a boy sleeping 11-12 hours a night, only taking a few minutes to fall asleep, and taking two naps at the exact same time every day, this was a truly life changing experience!! Highly recommend it.

    I just want to shout from the rooftops that my son has slept through the night for 12 consecutive hours for the past week thanks to Hannah! At first I was pretty reluctant to do this program. I didn't doubt Hannah's expertise and experience, but my son has had such numerous sleep issues ever since he was born. He is two years old and has yet to sleep through the night. In addition, he has had severe night terrors multiple times a night, (every night!) for the past six months. The only way to soothe him was to sleep with him and give him 12 bottles every night. This of course led to multiple diapers and pee-throughs and utter frustration and fatigue. Believe me when I say that we exhausted ALL of our resources (sleep specialist physician, sleep study, blood work, naturopath and homeopatheic remedies, diet change, etc). With a baby on the way and at the end of my rope, Hannah was referred to me by a friend and I went for it as a last resort and out of sheer desperation. Sleep training was not nearly as painful as I imagined it would be! Hannah was so supportive and was there every step of the way to answer all of my crazy questions. My son hasn't had a single night terror this entire week! He is a completely different kid. He is even eating better since he's not drinking a million bottles throughout the night. Hannah was an absolute answer to prayer and I would definitely recommend her with all of my heart to anyone struggling with a child who has sleep issues! Thank you Hannah for changing our lives for the better!!!!

    Hannah is simply amazing! So glad we hired her for support. We signed up for her Email & text support (worth every penny by the way) when our baby was going through the infamous 10 month sleep regression.. on top of the sleep regression we were in middle of a big move from Asia back to the States, visiting families and traveling all over the place.. and came a couple sicknesses so we were just in a giant mess. So I made it a personal goal to give our baby the gift of good independent sleep by her 1st birthday and timing couldn't have been more perfect! She helped my goal become a reality and by her 1st birthday she was sleeping through the night on her own and now naps on schedule too. Would hire her again in a heartbeat should any new issues arise but what I learned from her is SO valuable and gave me a new sense of confidence as a parent. Can't thank her enough!

I am a first time mom and I have a lot of anxiety.. my baby used to nap on me for the first 4 months of his life and slept in a packnplay in our room after hours of bouncing and would get up a couple of times and then have early morning wake ups... he didn’t sleep more than 8 hours a night and was fussy all day... after working with Hannah for 2-3 weeks he is sleeping 12+ hours a night, I put him in his crib and he goes to sleep without crying in his own room! I have my life back and my nights are free to hang out with my husband! Thank you Hannah!

I’ve read books and Pinterest articles and talked to two pediatricians.     When we found Hannah I was tired, exhausted and I thought my then 15 months old daughter would never be able to master sleep. She would still wake up several times at night and she would only go back to sleep holding on to one of my fingers in each hand. It had to be me sitting by her bed (nobody else would do) and I had sat there for hours, for every time she would wake up and for every nap she took. Since I am also very sensitive about my children crying I had thought I couldn’t do anything about the situation I was in. Hannah however came up with a customized plan that was suitable for our parenting style. And she provided a lot of support and assistance throughout the whole process. It wasn’t easy but absolutely worth it. After about 5 weeks of working with her my daughter has been consistently sleeping through the night. I am now able to just lay her in bed (following our bedtime routine) and she will go to sleep without shedding a tear. She takes great naps most days and is a happier toddler all around. Hannah was a God send for us! I would recommend any parent struggling with their child’s sleep to give her a call. It will change your life!

    I was lucky enough to have a one on one phone session with Hannah where we walked through her workbook and she assisted me in creating a personalized plan for my 15 month old daughter. She asked questions about our schedule and my daughter’s current schedule and personality and we created a plan that worked for us, our parenting style and our current schedule as full time working parents. She also assisted us in making a plan for when my daughter goes to daycare and turns 18 months so we can adjust to their sleep schedule and drop down to one nap. Not only was Hannah very personable, understanding and easy to talk to but she knew her stuff. I swear I haven’t slept in a year and we were SO DESPERATE for one night of uninterrupted sleep. We hadn’t slept a full night in 6+ months and naps were hell as well. She has always slept in her crib in our room and has some serious separation anxiety going on. Last night was our 4th night on Hannah’s sleep plan and it was our daughter’s second night in her room by herself. My daughter has slept a minimum of 10 hours straight uninterrupted ALL 4 NIGHTS she’s been on this plan. We’ve of course had to stay consistent and had 2 nights that were a little bumpy putting her to bed but overall she has adapted beautifully and is sleeping more than she has since she was a newborn and we have not had to just let her scream herself to sleep every night which is something I was not ok with!! I cannot say enough great things about Hannah and the work she does. She’s passionate about it and has followed up with encouragement and answered extra questions. She truly was a miracle when we needed one the most. I highly highly recommend having a session with Hannah if you’re struggling to get your little one down for bed or naps or want to plan in advance for your newborn. I will be putting these tips to work when I have a second child as well!!

    We hired Hannah a little over 3 weeks ago and went from having an 8 month old who wakes up around 10 times a night needing to be fed, changed and rocked back to sleep, to now waking up anywhere from 4 to 8 times a night and only needing to be fed or changed once during the night. That may not seem like a huge difference to most people but the fact that he can now put himself back to sleep on his own has been life changing. He was also taking 3-4 short 20 minute naps a day, and always fussy and cranky. With Hannah's help he now takes 2 longer naps a day and puts himself to sleep for those also. Hannah has been so supportive and encouraging from day 1. This has been one of the more difficult cases since our son had some health issues earlier in life that have impacted his sleep. Hannah has even referred us to a nutritionist which has helped immensely. She is always willing to answer my questions and offer advice and support. You can tell that she truly cares about each family she helps and really loves her job! We feel very lucky to have found her!

    Hannah has helped my babe sleep in her crib for all naps and night sleep, fall alseep on her own without nursing, without a binki, without a swaddle and without me in the room, extend her naps from 30 mins to well over an hour and sometimes up to 2 hrs. I will admit it, we were skeptical. Our babe was high needs, but she has made such amazing improvements. She used to only let me hold her. Seriously, no one else could hold her, not even her dad. That is changing and it's going to be amazing for my daughter to receive love from other people. I can't wait for her to realize how much love she has in her world. I have an older child so we need to be flexible, Hannah has helped me figure out how to do just that. I have been at the zoo all day and had my daughter do amazing and still fall asleep at night without any fuss. Hannah is attentive and supportive. She adjusted things for our lifestyle and our babe's needs/personality. I cannot say enough good things about Hannah and the service she provided us.     Our baby was a champion sleeper until she hit about 4 months and an ear infection coincided with a sleep regression which coincided with crawling and another regression... We finally turned to Hannah when our daughter was 6 months old and thank goodness we did! Hannah's schedule and tips really did the trick for us. Within just over a week our little girl is napping and sleeping like a champ again. And since she's getting such good rest, when our little girl is awake she is so much more cheerful and engaged. We are so thankful for Hannah's help.

    Honestly, to the ladies that suggested Hannah to usTHANK YOU, thank you, thank you! Life has already changed dramatically in the few short days we've been working with her! If you are sleep deprived, at your wits end, exhausted, just don't know what do, at least do the consultation! Seriously! Our little one was up every 15-45 mins at night for almost a month! Sometimes going all day with only a 20 minute nap under her belt. Nighttime was the most stressful time of day for us our other kiddos suffered because we were so tired in the morning and by mid afternoon, they weren't getting enough attention, my little guy started acting out. It was sheer chaos but this is our 3rd full day implementing Hannah ' s plan and EVERYONE is happier. The only mistake we made regarding hiring a sleep coach was waiting!

    I first used Hannah for my toddler when he was around 18m and we were having trouble going from two naps to one. She easily fixed our problem with a few minor tweaks. Then I had my second child who in my mind was the worst sleeper ever. He would wake up multiple times during nap, multiple times at night, and I would have to rock him for an hour to even get him to sleep in the first place. I knew sleep training was hard though and I kept making up excuses on why I didn't want to do it yet. Come seven months later and I was going crazy with a kid who never slept and was always overtired. So I enlisted the help oh Hannah once again. She ensured me that we would have him sleeping in no time and I almost didn't believe her... I mean I can't get him to sleep in under an hour there was no way he was going to sleep on his own. I defiantly had my doubts and if it did work I figured I would be spending my nights listening to him cry and I would probably be crying too. I remember a few days before we started I went and read all Hannah's reviews because surely none of the kids she helped were as bad as mine. Wrong! I loved reading all the success stories and picked a date. The first night he cried 20min, the next nap 9 min and pretty much from then on he was falling asleep completely on his own with no crying. I was shocked!!!!!! In less than 24hrs my horrible sleeper was falling asleep on his own and staying asleep. I'm still in shock. I paid for the week of texting which was amazing, anytime I had an inclining of doubt in the program Hannah was there to encourage me. Within one week my horrible sleeper was sleeping 12hrs at night and napping 3-4hrs during the day. I finally can take a shower in the morning, I started eating breakfast again, and I even get to talk to my hubby at night! I still can't believe it, and I REALLY wish I did it sooner. My entire family is happier now that we all get our rest. Hannah is so amazing- I just can't say enough about her program and most importantly that it actually works.
