Your family's information, handled with care

When you request a Sleep Solution, complete the sleep questionnaire, or book a free 15-minute consultation, you may share:

• Your name, email address, phone number, and city or ZIP code
• Your child's first name and age
• Details about your child's sleep, feeding, routines, temperament, development, and any relevant medical or sensory considerations you choose to share
• Which Sleep Solution or add-ons you are interested in, and how you found us
• Basic technical information such as your browser user agent

You are never required to disclose a medical diagnosis. Share only what you feel helps Hannah support your family.

To respond to your enquiry, prepare a personalized sleep assessment and plan, deliver the Sleep Solution you request, send your invoice, and provide follow-up support. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

Form submissions are stored in our secured cloud database. Access is restricted — submissions cannot be read publicly from this website, and only Hannah and the systems acting on her behalf can retrieve them. Confirmation emails are delivered through our managed transactional email provider.

If you begin the sleep questionnaire and use "Save & return later," a draft is kept in your own browser's local storage on your device until you submit it or clear it. That draft never leaves your device until you press submit.

Free 15-minute consultations are booked through Calendly. When you choose a time, the name, email, and phone number you enter are handled by Calendly under their own privacy policy, and shared with Hannah so she can call you at the scheduled time.

We do not process payments on this website and never ask for card details here. Once Hannah has reviewed your request, she emails a PayPal invoice. Payment is handled entirely by PayPal under their own terms and privacy policy.

This website is intended for parents and caregivers, not children. We do not knowingly collect information directly from a child. Any information about your child comes from you, is used solely to build and deliver your child's sleep plan, and is treated as confidential.

We keep enquiry and client records for as long as needed to deliver your support and to meet our business and tax obligations. You may ask us at any time to correct or delete your family's information and we will do so unless we are required to retain it.

Calendly (scheduling), PayPal (invoicing and payment), our cloud database and managed email provider (storage and confirmation emails), and YouTube (video embeds, loaded only after you press play using their privacy-enhanced mode).
