I was SO nervous and hesitant to "hire a sleep coach" but I also felt like I tried everything, read every book and online article & felt that if I did not get SOME sleep I was going to go crazy. We decided to hire Hannah after our baby girl was waking every 45 min- 2 hours for months, with a baby that would only sleep right next to me, and again nothing seem to work. Hannah was so great, she took so much time to listen to our story, understand our parenting "style", and learn about our babe's unique personality so then set up a personalized sleep plan. Hannah brought so much great insight about setting up healthy sleep patterns for our babe from her personalized plan that we implemented right away. It has now been 2 months, and even with sickness, traveling, and teething during the past 2 months we are in a MUCH better place with her sleep. She is going to sleep confidently in her crib for bedtime and naps, and overall much more happy and rested during the day. Like I said, I couldn't have been any more of a sceptic of "sleep trainers" but here is how I feel now- people hire professionals to help with successful lactation/feeding journeys with their babies, why is it so taboo then to hire a professional to help set up healthy sleep habits? Sleep (and mamas sanity) are just as important as nutrition, in my opinion! Also, I was SOOOO nervous about any crying that went along with sleep training as I thought I would totally ruin my baby, but Hannah provided such a great, gentle plan that I am here to say our babe is one HAPPY and thriving little one and I just can't thank Hannah enough!!

Hannah saved us!! We had 5 month old twin boys, and we were struggling so much with naps and night time, and I had no idea how to get them on the same schedule. Hannah will work with any parenting style, and really fits her plan into each families preferences. She is patient, responsive, and extremely encouraging. Even after 2 days of implementing her plan, we saw huge improvements in our babies sleep! We are now a month in to using her plan, and we are on a regular and consistent schedule, and they are happier babies! They sleep so great now. We are grateful for Hannah and her care for our family!

Supportive, Insightful, and Results-Oriented! Hannah was a blessing. We now have a healthy sleeper and a greater understanding for the science of baby sleep. Hannah came HIGHLY recommended by two different families in our area. Up until Hannah, our 4-month old Gwendolyn was sleeping in an inclined rocker chair. She screamed the instant she was laid flat on her back in her crib, and we thought we might never get to her sleeping flat. Well, after the first few days we had Gwendolyn sleeping on her back in her crib during the day for 3 naps, and on her back in the pack and play in our room at night. She falls asleep for naps often in less than 3 minutes. We learned how to settle her quickly back to sleep when she wakes up. The first few nights and days were not easy, and we were told they would not be easy. The results now speak for themselves. Hannah is truly amazing!Our 4 month old went from waking every hour through the night and only napping for 20 minutes at a time during the day to sleeping 12 hours at a night and over an hour for each nap within a matter of days! We saw results instantly after the first night and each day got better and better. I was that mom that was so against sleep training or letting my baby cry, but Hannah created a plan I was comfortable with. She is very knowledgeable about babies, their sleep cycles and growth and uses all of this to make a sleep training plan that is developmentally appropriate. She supported us every step of the way- texting and emailing to check in and answer all my crazy questions. Hannah helped us with our 4 month old after sleep regression hit us hard. Since we don't live in AZ (in fact not even in the US) we chose the email support. Hannah was INCREDIBLE! I am so grateful for her help! She even noticed half way through that we needed to change our plan - and now we are ALL sleeping! Hannah was an absolute life-saver for our family! At about the 4 month mark, our daughter had a major sleep regression and was waking 3-4 times a night and napping very little during the day. Of all people, my husband told me about hiring a sleep consultant when our LO was only 4 months. I was hesitant but by 6 months I was worn out and gave in. And so glad I did. Hannah was one of the bet decisions we have ever made! My daughter would only sleep on me whether it was for naps or bedtime. I would have to stand and rock her and sometimes that would take hours and then once she would fall asleep she would wake back up 30 minutes later. Also, at night she was up every hour on the hour. Around midnight one of those nights I contacted Hannah and received a quick response. The next day we had a phone consult and within a few days we were already starting the sleep training. I chose to have Hannah come over the first night. I wanted to make sure I was doing everything right and also wanted the support of someone who had the knowledge behind all of this. After the week of text messages all day guiding me and helping me understand my baby's schedule and why we were doing what we did each day my 6 month old is actually sleeping in a crib and not on me!!!! She takes three naps a day religiously and sleeps from 7p-7:30a.. I feed her once to twice a night. I'll take that any day over the hourly feeds we were doing prior to Hannah. I took Hannah's 4-24 month old online sleep workshop. The 2 hours were PACKED with information! I loved learning about the different things babes need in order to have good sleep and then learning about the multiple sleep training methods. I figured out how to sleep train my first baby without going to the class and it was rough even though I had lots of information from my research on Hannah's websites. I am now due with my second baby and I am actually excited to sleep train because I know it's going to go so much better! I really appreciate the confidence Hannah has been able to give me. Our son tricked us early on, he was only up 1-2 times a night to nurse and then right back down to sleep. Around 5 months of age, things shifted and we began the nighttime battle. Bedtime was taking 1-2 hours and he was up every hour or two all night. Within the week we worked with Kelsey Dressely we have a boy sleeping 11-12 hours a night, only taking a few minutes to fall asleep, and taking two naps at the exact same time every day, this was a truly life changing experience!! Highly recommend it.

Hannah is a miracle worker! My third child was a terrible sleeper. We had gotten in the habit of bouncing him to sleep and putting him in his swing to keep him asleep. By the time he was five months old we were sleep deprived and out nights and days were consumed with bouncing and praying our baby would stay asleep. Hannah answered my millions of questions thoroughly. She is extremely knowledgable. Within days of receiving our sleep assessment and our initial phone call, my baby was falling asleep within minutes on his own and staying asleep! Hallelujah! It's been a month and he is still taking regular naps and sleeps amazingly at night. We have our lives back! I feel like a person again now that I am getting sleep. I cannot praise and thank Hannah enough. She saved our sanity and helped us enjoy our baby instead of dreading his sleep. I cannot recommend her enough!

Our baby was a champion sleeper until she hit about 4 months and an ear infection coincided with a sleep regression which coincided with crawling and another regression... We finally turned to Hannah when our daughter was 6 months old and thank goodness we did! Hannah's schedule and tips really did the trick for us. Within just over a week our little girl is napping and sleeping like a champ again. And since she's getting such good rest, when our little girl is awake she is so much more cheerful and engaged. We are so thankful for Hannah's help.

Hannah is amazing. At 6 months our little guy quit sleeping. Working from home I thought I may go crazy. Hannah assessed our guy and helped us with nutrition and a schedule. With in two days - two days!!! he was on a perfect sleep schedule! At 9 months he started sleeping through the nights. He is over two now and still takes long afternoon naps and sleeps 12 at night. Before I hired Hannah, my wife would drive our 18-mo. daughter around town for 30-60 minutes to get her to fall asleep. At night, our daughter would wake-up after 3-4 hours. When this happened, my wife had to transfer our girl from the crib to her bed to get our girl to fall back asleep. About 3-4 hours later, our girl would be up again after getting no more than 8 hours of total sleep. This lack of sleep understandably made our daughter into a cranky little person.
Night 1 w/ Hannah - our daughter fell asleep on her own within 50 minutes and she slept through the night.
Night 2 w/ Hannah - she fell asleep on her own within 10 minutes.
She now puts herself to sleep within a few minutes and sleeps at least 11 hours straight each night. Her mid-day naps last approximately 2 hours with no issues at all. The increased sleep translates into improved behavior, better eating habits, and improved cognitive development. Just as important, my wife is getting better sleep!
This investment into our baby's sleep was a no-brainer. I did expect the consultation to yield positive results, but I was not prepared for how immediate the results would be. Hannah is a lifesaver! She is incredibly knowledgeable and so encouraging. My four month old baby boy was waking up several times a night and would only take one or two 10-15 minute naps a day. I had tried everything and was completely exhausted. Hannah helped me get Baby on a schedule and he now takes three solid naps a day and only wakes up once a night. A miracle!! It was hard work, but the sleep training I did with Hannah's support was worth every penny and worth the work. Baby is sleeping and happy, which means mom is sleeping and happy! The consultation and week of support Hannah provided was so helpful. I learned so much and felt so supported along the way. She's also so kind and fun to work with. My only regret is that I didn't hire her sooner! I highly recommend her!

A yo Z Sleep Solutions is amazing and 110% knows their stuff! My girl wasn’t the best napper so i did the Naps 101 program. With Their guidance, within a few short days my 8 month old was putting herself to sleep and sleeping for 1-2+ hours for naps instead of her usual 30-45 minutes. In turn it helped improve her night sleep as well! I also learned so much about baby sleep in general. So now i feel confident about getting my girl to sleep for naps and bedtime and getting her to sleep isn’t a big ordeal anymore, just a simple routine and done! I implemented Hannah’s advice at 15 weeks and should’ve started sooner. Up to that point he was waking and crying every 2 hours, and that left me crying all day. After 3-4 rough nights getting into a new routine, my baby is an awesome sleeper and never takes longer than 15 minutes for his bedtime routine and tuck in. He’s now 2 and tells me he loves me and “night night” when he lays down.

Our 7 month old baby was having the hardest time sleeping through the night and settling himself down to go to sleep. We found that from newborn to about 5 months he was be perfect baby. Didn’t have to rock him to sleep or help him to sleep. He went down on his own. But as soon as 7 Months hit everything changed!!! He was starting to only sleep in our room, had to be rocked to sleep and was waking every 2 hours and never really napping. Thankfully, Hannah came in and saved our lives - literally! We felt we were drained and fading day by day and not being the full attentive parents we wanted to be. Hannah carefully guided us through each and every stage and each and every process. Her kindness, attentiveness and consistency really helped us guide our baby to a sleep pattern we knew that he could always achieve. I would recommend Hannah, the program and this company to ANYONE!
