I was lucky enough to have a one on one phone session with Hannah where we walked through her workbook and she assisted me in creating a personalized plan for my 15 month old daughter. She asked questions about our schedule and my daughter’s current schedule and personality and we created a plan that worked for us, our parenting style and our current schedule as full time working parents. She also assisted us in making a plan for when my daughter goes to daycare and turns 18 months so we can adjust to their sleep schedule and drop down to one nap. Not only was Hannah very personable, understanding and easy to talk to but she knew her stuff. I swear I haven’t slept in a year and we were SO DESPERATE for one night of uninterrupted sleep. We hadn’t slept a full night in 6+ months and naps were hell as well. She has always slept in her crib in our room and has some serious separation anxiety going on. Last night was our 4th night on Hannah’s sleep plan and it was our daughter’s second night in her room by herself. My daughter has slept a minimum of 10 hours straight uninterrupted ALL 4 NIGHTS she’s been on this plan. We’ve of course had to stay consistent and had 2 nights that were a little bumpy putting her to bed but overall she has adapted beautifully and is sleeping more than she has since she was a newborn and we have not had to just let her scream herself to sleep every night which is something I was not ok with!! I cannot say enough great things about Hannah and the work she does. She’s passionate about it and has followed up with encouragement and answered extra questions. She truly was a miracle when we needed one the most. I highly highly recommend having a session with Hannah if you’re struggling to get your little one down for bed or naps or want to plan in advance for your newborn. I will be putting these tips to work when I have a second child as well!!

Let me just start by saying I THOUGHT THIS WAS IMPOSSIBLE. My daughter at 6 months was maybe sleeping a max of two hours straight and in the bed with me. I tried sleep training via Google search but nothing was working and everything told me something different. I never felt like i was doing the right thing. I finally did some research and found Hannah online. She contacted me immediately and set up a time for us to talk. She listened carefully as i told her my concerns and what our current situation was like. I ended up choosing the package with text/call help and it was the perfect thing for us. When we needed quick help or weren’t sure of something it was easy to just ask her for reassurance and guidance. She was so quick to respond always and checked in multiple times a day. I can tell she loves what she is doing. She genuinely wants to help. By the very first night my daughter slept 10 hours. I literally thought that only existed in fairytales. She goes to be at 7:30 and wakes at 7 every day. I am so thankful. This literally saved my life, my marriage, my job, everything. I am able to enjoy my daughter without being frustrated and exhausted from sleep deprivation. My husband and i now have 2-3 hours of alone time which is much needed. I have been able to begin a consistent workout regiment and have me time. This was the best purchase i have ever made. It is the most affordable and best bang for your buck sleep training program. Hannah is amazing and i am forever grateful.

When we started working with Hannah our daughter was 9 months old and would not go to sleep without nursing or sleep in her crib. No one was getting any decent sleep and I really didn't think anything was going to change this. Everyone kept telling me that she needed to cry it out or I just had to wait for it get better. Neither of these things sounded like a good option. Hannah asked us thoughtful questions and was able to give us a wonderful sleep plan we could work with. Because our daughter was a bit older it took longer to change her sleep patterns but we did, and she is now a great sleeper in her own bed. She also naps on a regular schedule and does not have to be nursed to sleep. I had a done a lot of reading on my own but all the advice got very confusing. Honestly, to the ladies that suggested Hannah to usTHANK YOU, thank you, thank you! Life has already changed dramatically in the few short days we've been working with her! If you are sleep deprived, at your wits end, exhausted, just don't know what do, at least do the consultation! Seriously! Our little one was up every 15-45 mins at night for almost a month! Sometimes going all day with only a 20 minute nap under her belt. Nighttime was the most stressful time of day for us our other kiddos suffered because we were so tired in the morning and by mid afternoon, they weren't getting enough attention, my little guy started acting out. It was sheer chaos but this is our 3rd full day implementing Hannah ' s plan and EVERYONE is happier. The only mistake we made regarding hiring a sleep coach was waiting!

We met Hannah at a meet up where she did a Q&A session. Our almost 3 year old was taking 1mg of melatonin every night to make him sleepy so he would actually go to bed at a reasonable hour. We were also having to lay with him in bed until he fell asleep. After implementing her suggestions we were able to remove the melatonin from his routine and he now naps and goes to bed (falls asleep) ON HIS OWN! It's not a 100% black and white type thing and some days the now 3 year old takes longer than others to fall asleep. But we try to be as consistent as possible and within a couple weeks along with some gentle guidance and support we have a whole new (and much shorter) nightly routine! I love that my son is learning to be independent in all areas and I'm glad he feels comfortable and safe enough to fall asleep on his own now! They grow up so fast! �

I highly recommend Hannah! She is very sweet, knowledgeable, & supportive. I had to lay down (sometimes for over an hour) to get our 2 year old to sleep and then he would wake several times a night until he ended up in our bed (kicking and rolling all over the place). With Hannah's help, he now falls asleep on his own, in his room, and sleeps through the night! It wasn't an easy task and I thought about giving up at times; however, I am so glad we stuck with it - it was well worth it. Thanks Hannah for this life changer.

I implemented Hannah’s advice at 15 weeks and should’ve started sooner. Up to that point he was waking and crying every 2 hours, and that left me crying all day. After 3-4 rough nights getting into a new routine, my baby is an awesome sleeper and never takes longer than 15 minutes for his bedtime routine and tuck in. He’s now 2 and tells me he loves me and “night night” when he lays down.

We hired Hannah at 4.5 months old. Our daughter was bounced to sleep for every nap and bedtime, because that’s how we coped with her colic. Even when she grew out of the colicky phase, this is what we had grown used to. Sometimes it worked, but more often than not, it took 2-3 hours of trying to put her down. My husband and I were at our wits end.
I’ll admit, at first, I was skeptical. I didn’t want a sleep training method that allowed my child to cry for long periods of time. This was not at all that. Hannah taught us so much about my baby’s natural biological clock, how to work with it, how naps effect nighttime sleep and how to map out the day when you can’t be tied to the house for naps. It was more training for us than it was for our baby!!
By night 3, she was going down for the night within 20 minutes, and only waking once a night for a feeding. Right then I considered it success. Our stressful evenings were finally enjoyable.
We are now almost 6 months old and she’s sleeping through the night! Almost 12 hours straight! I couldn’t have done this without the training and support of Hannah. Thank you from the bottom of my no longer sleep deprived heart❤️

I just want to shout from the rooftops that my son has slept through the night for 12 consecutive hours for the past week thanks to Hannah! At first I was pretty reluctant to do this program. I didn't doubt Hannah's expertise and experience, but my son has had such numerous sleep issues ever since he was born. He is two years old and has yet to sleep through the night. In addition, he has had severe night terrors multiple times a night, (every night!) for the past six months. The only way to soothe him was to sleep with him and give him 12 bottles every night. This of course led to multiple diapers and pee-throughs and utter frustration and fatigue. Believe me when I say that we exhausted ALL of our resources (sleep specialist physician, sleep study, blood work, naturopath and homeopatheic remedies, diet change, etc). With a baby on the way and at the end of my rope, Hannah was referred to me by a friend and I went for it as a last resort and out of sheer desperation. Sleep training was not nearly as painful as I imagined it would be! Hannah was so supportive and was there every step of the way to answer all of my crazy questions. My son hasn't had a single night terror this entire week! He is a completely different kid. He is even eating better since he's not drinking a million bottles throughout the night. Hannah was an absolute answer to prayer and I would definitely recommend her with all of my heart to anyone struggling with a child who has sleep issues! Thank you Hannah for changing our lives for the better!!!!

Our baby was a champion sleeper until she hit about 4 months and an ear infection coincided with a sleep regression which coincided with crawling and another regression... We finally turned to Hannah when our daughter was 6 months old and thank goodness we did! Hannah's schedule and tips really did the trick for us. Within just over a week our little girl is napping and sleeping like a champ again. And since she's getting such good rest, when our little girl is awake she is so much more cheerful and engaged. We are so thankful for Hannah's help.

Our little one hit a huge sleep regression around 3.5 months. She went from sleeping 6 hour stretches to waking ever 1-2 hours at night. She would cry until she was fed or until I caved and let her sleep in bed with us. After a few weeks of this and trying cry it out unsuccessfully, I thought we would never sleep. My husband and I were skeptical that someone could help us without even meeting us or knowing our baby, but we were desperate. Hannah gave us the tools we needed to help our little one fall asleep on her own with little to no tears. After following Hannah's plan we noticed results within days and now after a few weeks she only wakes once at night to eat. When we hit a little speed bump in her sleeping, we feel confident on how to handle it. This experience has been a blessing and mom, dad and baby are getting better sleep because of it. Worth every penny in my opinion!

Hannah is a lifesaver. We were battling some serious nap and sleep issues with our 8 month old daughter and were at a complete loss. We tried all the tricks, drove around town while she napped in the car, held her for naps, fought bedtime, went crazy basically. She was an unhappy, overtired baby and none of us enjoyed the days. And dealing with postpartum depression made it even worse all around. Hannah provided support and encouragement, as well as a detailed analysis of our baby's sleep troubles. Within a day we saw immediate improvement. Evelyn overnight became a happier baby and began to nap wonderfully. We almost thought it was too good to be true. We went to one of her free newborn sessions recently and the information has been invaluable. Even though this is our 3rd child we learned a few things we never knew. We were able to switch his nights and days almost immediately. At a week old he is already sleeping better and more content during the day than our first two children were.

Our son tricked us early on, he was only up 1-2 times a night to nurse and then right back down to sleep. Around 5 months of age, things shifted and we began the nighttime battle. Bedtime was taking 1-2 hours and he was up every hour or two all night. Within the week we worked with Kelsey Dressely we have a boy sleeping 11-12 hours a night, only taking a few minutes to fall asleep, and taking two naps at the exact same time every day, this was a truly life changing experience!! Highly recommend it.

Of all people, my husband told me about hiring a sleep consultant when our LO was only 4 months. I was hesitant but by 6 months I was worn out and gave in. And so glad I did. Hannah was one of the bet decisions we have ever made! My daughter would only sleep on me whether it was for naps or bedtime. I would have to stand and rock her and sometimes that would take hours and then once she would fall asleep she would wake back up 30 minutes later. Also, at night she was up every hour on the hour. Around midnight one of those nights I contacted Hannah and received a quick response. The next day we had a phone consult and within a few days we were already starting the sleep training. I chose to have Hannah come over the first night. I wanted to make sure I was doing everything right and also wanted the support of someone who had the knowledge behind all of this. After the week of text messages all day guiding me and helping me understand my baby's schedule and why we were doing what we did each day my 6 month old is actually sleeping in a crib and not on me!!!! She takes three naps a day religiously and sleeps from 7p-7:30a.. I feed her once to twice a night. I'll take that any day over the hourly feeds we were doing prior to Hannah. Hannah is amazing! She gave me the confidence and tools I needed to crib train my 15 month old. We not only co-slept from birth but we also had a very erratic bed time (usually 9:30PM). With Hannah's help and plan my daughter was sleeping in her crib and through the night after 2 nights, going to bed at 7pm! We now have a consistent sleep schedule and I am forever grateful, especially with twins on the way. Hire her, you won't regret it and it's not nearly as painful as you'd think.

I was SO nervous and hesitant to "hire a sleep coach" but I also felt like I tried everything, read every book and online article & felt that if I did not get SOME sleep I was going to go crazy. We decided to hire Hannah after our baby girl was waking every 45 min- 2 hours for months, with a baby that would only sleep right next to me, and again nothing seem to work. Hannah was so great, she took so much time to listen to our story, understand our parenting "style", and learn about our babe's unique personality so then set up a personalized sleep plan. Hannah brought so much great insight about setting up healthy sleep patterns for our babe from her personalized plan that we implemented right away. It has now been 2 months, and even with sickness, traveling, and teething during the past 2 months we are in a MUCH better place with her sleep. She is going to sleep confidently in her crib for bedtime and naps, and overall much more happy and rested during the day. Like I said, I couldn't have been any more of a sceptic of "sleep trainers" but here is how I feel now- people hire professionals to help with successful lactation/feeding journeys with their babies, why is it so taboo then to hire a professional to help set up healthy sleep habits? Sleep (and mamas sanity) are just as important as nutrition, in my opinion! Also, I was SOOOO nervous about any crying that went along with sleep training as I thought I would totally ruin my baby, but Hannah provided such a great, gentle plan that I am here to say our babe is one HAPPY and thriving little one and I just can't thank Hannah enough!!

Working with Hannah was an absolute dream! Hannah made me and my family feel extremely comfortable throughout the sleep training process. My son was waking up 4-5 times a night and in less than a few days he was sleeping 11-12 hours a night! Hannah was also extremely knowledgable about his diet and answered all of my questions!
