We worked with hannah when our twins were 4 months old using her remote email/telephone package and her advice was life changing! Within just 3 days, our girls were taking regular naps during the day and sleeping through the night. She provided great guidance in real time (text messages during nap time when I had urgent questions) and regular email and phone support. She provided additional information about what to expect in the future and how to modify their schedule to their changing needs. I would highly recommend her.

We went to one of her free newborn sessions recently and the information has been invaluable. Even though this is our 3rd child we learned a few things we never knew. We were able to switch his nights and days almost immediately. At a week old he is already sleeping better and more content during the day than our first two children were.

Hannah is absolutely a baby whisperer (even virtually!) and a wonderful expert in her field. My daughter is 4.5 months old. After 2.5 months of solely 45 minute naps and a 45 minute wake up after initial bedtime EVERY SINGLE NIGHT with some nights going smoothly after and some being a complete mess, I decided to contact Hannah after hearing about her in my facebook mom's group. Hannah made me feel completely at ease about this process. She put a plan in place, giving me options and tailoring our method completely to what I was comfortable with. She held my hand through everything and answered every text (there were a lot of them!) through our training. I saw huge differences even on the second day. By day 4 she was falling asleep in 2-10 minutes for every nap and bedtime, taking 3 good naps a day (2.5 hours in the afternoon) and waking only once or twice a night to eat. On our 5th night we got our first 8 hour stretch of sleep! She now sleeps 6:30pm-7am and I usually have to wake her up in the morning! Hannah always checked in even when she wasn't receiving my usual barrage of questions. It was so apparent that she is really invested in making sure her families succeed and feel good about the process. She was absolutely essential in teaching my child this lifelong skill and she helped us do it in such a seamless manner. I truly cannot recommend her enough.

Hannah was really amazing when my little boy was born! He's such a great sleeper during day and night because of her helpful tips when he was first born 🙂 highly recommend! Thank you do much Hannah xx

Thank you for helping me figuring out the missing piece and getting my 7 months old daughter to sleep. She is my 4th and I really thought I had learned all i needed to know on the infant sleep topic. But exhaustion from 6 wake ups a night and unreliable naps brought me to your class. Now she is only waking once a night and napping like a champ! And it didn't involve cry it out. Thank you!!!!

I bought the online toddler workshop and still need to make the time to do it buuut I can attest to Hannah Peterson helping our sanity with our little man! At 7.5 months Hobbes was waking 5-6x every night with my husband or I going in to comfort him and 2-3 of those times were me feeding him. Plus Hobbes' crying would often then wake our 4 yo daughter! We were all sleep deprived and miserable! Within a week after buckling down and following a more rigid nap schedule and bedtime and taking into account the nighttime temperature dip, Hobbes was down to only waking once for a middle of the night feed. Within another week Hobbes was sleeping through the night, a full 12 hours, night after night after glorious night! We have had a handful of middle of the night wakes with some awful sounding crying/screaming and my husband and I decided to vere off the steady course a bit and I've ended up doing a single night time feeding. However, each morning after the single wake Hobbes had a new tooth or two poking through. We did what felt right to us at the time knowing we may be throwing the "sleep training" out the window. Much to our happy surprise the nighttime wakes have only lasted 1-3 days while the tooth pokes through and then our 9 month Hobbes is back to sleeping those wonderful 12 (or sometimes even a little more) hours without waking! He's even practicing his talking or pulling to stand in the crib if he wakes before it's time for us to get him up! Thank you Hannah for helping us help our infant to sleep through the night... now time to help us help our toddler!

We hired Hannah a little over 3 weeks ago and went from having an 8 month old who wakes up around 10 times a night needing to be fed, changed and rocked back to sleep, to now waking up anywhere from 4 to 8 times a night and only needing to be fed or changed once during the night. That may not seem like a huge difference to most people but the fact that he can now put himself back to sleep on his own has been life changing. He was also taking 3-4 short 20 minute naps a day, and always fussy and cranky. With Hannah's help he now takes 2 longer naps a day and puts himself to sleep for those also. Hannah has been so supportive and encouraging from day 1. This has been one of the more difficult cases since our son had some health issues earlier in life that have impacted his sleep. Hannah has even referred us to a nutritionist which has helped immensely. She is always willing to answer my questions and offer advice and support. You can tell that she truly cares about each family she helps and really loves her job! We feel very lucky to have found her!

Hannah was absolutely AMAZING! My son was just over 8 months old and wouldn't go to sleep without being bounced or rocked for at least 30 min and still would only sleep a max of 3 hr stretch. By day 3 he was putting himself to sleep and only waking up once at night. After day 5 he was sleeping a solid 12 hrs at night and actually had an amazing nap schedule! We were all much happier ! So grateful for all she did for us !!!

After having Hannah’s coaching and overnight stay, my LO is now sleeping from 630-7a with one wake up to feed & we are only on day4! I anticipate she’ll be sleeping until wakeup within the next day or so based on her tremendous progress! She is nearly 5 months and was waking an hour after being put down and then 4-6 times overnight and often taking a bottle up to 3 times overnight and daytime naps were brief and unpleasant for her and we had a very overtired cranky baby (& Mommy Lol) before working with Hannah. I haven’t slept this well since she was born and neither has my baby! Very grateful for the coaching, guidance and support - we now have a happier family all around. So worth it.

My 4th child, almost 17 months, was waking as many as 6 times every night. She would not go to sleep on her own, and would not soothe herself back to sleep when she would wake. She would be full-of-energy as late as 10 or 11pm and was resisting her nap. None of my kids were good sleepers as infants/toddlers and my 7 year old still wakes every night. After 9 years of sleepless nights I just couldn't do it anymore! Having 3 other kids (9,7 & 5), it is tough to keep a tight schedule, but I was determined to get my LO in a routine. I really needed someone to outline the appropriate schedule for my child, along with an explanation as to why this schedule was important, and to hold me accountable for keeping my LO (and myself) on track. Thankfully, Kelsey Dressely @ Dream Baby was there to help me. On the 1st day my LO literally stood in her crib for a total of 6 hours between naps and bedtime, even dozing off from time-to-time, eventually falling asleep about 10pm. Day 2 was sitting and by day 3 she was letting me tuck her in. Each day she cried a little less. It's been 2 1/2 weeks and she now takes 2 naps and puts herself to sleep. She still wakes multiple times at night but is able to soothe herself back to sleep quickly. I feel like I have so much more time in my day! I wish I would have had Dream Baby for my other 3 children and would highly recommend them to anyone struggling to get their little ones to sleep!

I took Hannah's 4-24 month old online sleep workshop. The 2 hours were PACKED with information! I loved learning about the different things babes need in order to have good sleep and then learning about the multiple sleep training methods. I figured out how to sleep train my first baby without going to the class and it was rough even though I had lots of information from my research on Hannah's websites. I am now due with my second baby and I am actually excited to sleep train because I know it's going to go so much better! I really appreciate the confidence Hannah has been able to give me. Thank you so much Hannah!

Somewhere in a galaxy far far away, exists a place where babies sleep 12 hours at night, and 2-3 naps during the day...in their crib! Some parents and babies find this place on their own, and that is fantastic. For a long long time my husband and I (I am using hubbys FB page) heard about this place, but it never existed for us. From about 4-5 months old, our daughter Emma had an 'okay' nighttime sleep routine (with us just winging it as first time parents), but at 5.5 months she flipped her little switch and decided to heck with sleep. Her daytime naps have ALWAYS been a challenge for us, she was a serial cat napper and needed to be held most of the time just to get in 20-30 minutes of much needed shut eye. Although she is a happy baby, she seemed routinely tired throughout her days. After 6.5 mon, we were back to being awake every few hours during the night to feed her (since that is all we knew to do) and/or rock her with her pacifier with hopes of getting another couple hours sleep before we do the whole thing all over again...just to start the day with a overtired baby and hold her for her cat naps all day. I kept telling myself it's a phase (growth spurt/ teething/ etc. etc. etc.) she will go back to her better nights, but it only got worse. Almost like never ending newborn status. My husband and I were beyond exhausted, and pretty much just going through the motions of life every day. I finally decided to look into sleep training. "Sleep training" can be a scary word when you don't know what it means or when misused. Often times there are assumptions or judgy mommy blogs to warn against it or that it doesn't work. Also..it can be hard to ask for help as a parent, because often times us (especially mommies) are our own worse critics thinking we have to know and do everything right, and the thought of asking for help can feel like you've failed. However, in reality, you are being proactive to help your baby. Please do yourself, your partner and your baby a favor and ignore all of the assumptions and contact Hannah. You need the right sleep consultant to guide you through this delicate process. Honestly, I initially reached out to about five different sleep consultants. Not only was Hannah well accredited and the first to get back to me, but she scheduled our consultation that same day, then followed up with me after in case there were any other questions. All other companies took a couple days to respond, and when you are sleep deprived parent, a couple days seems like weeks. To say it's a game changer is an understatement, it was truly life changing for us. I knew right away during our initial consultation (when Hannah finished my sentences for me) that she was the right fix for us. It was like she had been watching us for the past month because she knew the problems (and solution) with barely any information from me. One of many things I learned from Hannah is babies are always evolving and changing, therefore we have to do the same as parents. What worked for Emma at 4 months was not working for her at 6, and so on. Hannah gives you the tools for current and future milestones so you feel confident moving forward. We did remote services and took advantage of the text support (HIGHLY recommend). My first thought reading 'remote services' was how could a consultant do all this when she's not next to us and in another state? Well, she might as well have been next to us! Hannah was there with us every step of the way to answer our questions, reassure us, and fine tune as we went through the process. We even added grandma to the group text for guidance on Grammy daycare day! Hannah sent us our sleep assessment (WOW - eye opening) in just a couple days and then we decided when to start the week of training. Night 1 = Emma slept 9 hours uninterrupted, Night 2 = she slept 12 hours uninterrupted, and so on. Over just 7 days of consistent routine and guidance from Hannah, Emma is sleeping through the night, and down for 2-3 naps a day. She goes to sleep on her own, in her crib, no tears... yes it is possible. There were some tears during the initial change of her routine (old routine = we were doing EVERYTHING wrong) but her tears never went unanswered, she knew mommy and daddy (or grandma's) were always nearby and there for wake time to love and smooch and squeeze her to pieces. To watch such a positive transformation is nothing short of amazing, each day we watched in awe as our little girl exceled and got the sleep that all tiny humans crave and need. . For my husband and I: It has allowed us to be better happier parents. We understand our baby more and what she needs when she needs it. We wake not exhausted. We have an idea of how each day will go so we can plan accordingly and it's not a roll of the dice, which allows us sanity. We have dinner together, watch a show together, sleep together (at same time in same bed!), little things you sometimes take for granted. It is still seems odd at times to wrap my head around Emma needing and actually getting this much sleep, and not having this tiny person attached to me all day and night long. But it has become our new normal, and my only regret is not contacting Hannah sooner. My routine baby shower gift from now on = Referral to Hannah...You're welcome mama's! #EmmasDreamTeam #NewNormals #DreamBabySleepConsultant #SleepTrain #HappyBabyHappyMamaHappyFamily

Let me just start by saying I THOUGHT THIS WAS IMPOSSIBLE. My daughter at 6 months was maybe sleeping a max of two hours straight and in the bed with me. I tried sleep training via Google search but nothing was working and everything told me something different. I never felt like i was doing the right thing. I finally did some research and found Hannah online. She contacted me immediately and set up a time for us to talk. She listened carefully as i told her my concerns and what our current situation was like. I ended up choosing the package with text/call help and it was the perfect thing for us. When we needed quick help or weren’t sure of something it was easy to just ask her for reassurance and guidance. She was so quick to respond always and checked in multiple times a day. I can tell she loves what she is doing. She genuinely wants to help. By the very first night my daughter slept 10 hours. I literally thought that only existed in fairytales. She goes to be at 7:30 and wakes at 7 every day. I am so thankful. This literally saved my life, my marriage, my job, everything. I am able to enjoy my daughter without being frustrated and exhausted from sleep deprivation. My husband and i now have 2-3 hours of alone time which is much needed. I have been able to begin a consistent workout regiment and have me time. This was the best purchase i have ever made. It is the most affordable and best bang for your buck sleep training program. Hannah is amazing and i am forever grateful.

I reached out to Hannah after my daughter hit the 4 month sleep regression in November. She became dependent on me to help her fall asleep and stay asleep for naps and nighttime sleep. It was taking me away from interacting with my 2 ½ year old and left me with absolutely no “alone” time. I started feeling desperate, anxious, and resentful living on such little sleep and with no improvement in sight. I was lucky enough to have met Hannah at a breastfeeding mothers support group in October, so I reached out to her after a particularly awful day. We began talking and soon decided to start a sleep training program tailored to me and my baby. After reading through the instructions, I was honestly pretty skeptical and unsure if I could follow through. The first couple of days we tried the sleep training we were inconsistent and I nearly gave up. However, my husband and I talked at length with Hannah, who reassured us and made us feel comfortable with the plan. With everyone finally on board, we jumped into the program and saw improvements within a week. I began to see that in order to be a good mother, I needed to lead and set the limits and expectations for my children’s sleep. Instead of letting the tiny humans dictate when/how they slept, I was finally acting like their mother who provided them with healthy sleeping habits. I quickly began to notice a change in my baby’s disposition once her sleep consolidated. She was happy, inquisitive, bright, and eager to learn new skills. Once the holidays hit, her sleep derailed slightly due to teething and visiting family. But since she had a sturdy sleep foundation to fall back on, she is back to “sleeping like a baby”. I feel so grateful to Hannah for her advice, coaching, and faith that I could see this process through to its conclusion.

Supportive, Insightful, and Results-Oriented! Hannah was a blessing. We now have a healthy sleeper and a greater understanding for the science of baby sleep. Hannah came HIGHLY recommended by two different families in our area. Up until Hannah, our 4-month old Gwendolyn was sleeping in an inclined rocker chair. She screamed the instant she was laid flat on her back in her crib, and we thought we might never get to her sleeping flat. Well, after the first few days we had Gwendolyn sleeping on her back in her crib during the day for 3 naps, and on her back in the pack and play in our room at night. She falls asleep for naps often in less than 3 minutes. We learned how to settle her quickly back to sleep when she wakes up. The first few nights and days were not easy, and we were told they would not be easy. The results now speak for themselves. In addition the results we gained, Hannah is just a nice, compassionate person who is excited to help you and very easy to communicate with. Thank you, Hannah!

Hannah is truly amazing! Our 4 month old went from waking every hour through the night and only napping for 20 minutes at a time during the day to sleeping 12 hours at a night and over an hour for each nap within a matter of days! We saw results instantly after the first night and each day got better and better. I was that mom that was so against sleep training or letting my baby cry, but Hannah created a plan I was comfortable with. She is very knowledgeable about babies, their sleep cycles and growth and uses all of this to make a sleep training plan that is developmentally appropriate. She supported us every step of the way- texting and emailing to check in and answer all my crazy questions. Hannah's help had not only improved quality of life for my baby, but for my husband and I as well. Her services are priceless! Thanks Hannah!

I highly recommend Hannah! She is very sweet, knowledgeable, & supportive. I had to lay down (sometimes for over an hour) to get our 2 year old to sleep and then he would wake several times a night until he ended up in our bed (kicking and rolling all over the place). With Hannah's help, he now falls asleep on his own, in his room, and sleeps through the night! It wasn't an easy task and I thought about giving up at times; however, I am so glad we stuck with it - it was well worth it. Thanks Hannah for this life changer.

Hannah is incredible. Her knowledge and expertise is priceless. My only regret is not hiring her sooner. My husband and I are extremely grateful for her help getting our son to sleep through the night and to a reasonable time in the morning. She is amazing!!

Of all people, my husband told me about hiring a sleep consultant when our LO was only 4 months. I was hesitant but by 6 months I was worn out and gave in. And so glad I did. Hannah was one of the bet decisions we have ever made! My daughter would only sleep on me whether it was for naps or bedtime. I would have to stand and rock her and sometimes that would take hours and then once she would fall asleep she would wake back up 30 minutes later. Also, at night she was up every hour on the hour. Around midnight one of those nights I contacted Hannah and received a quick response. The next day we had a phone consult and within a few days we were already starting the sleep training. I chose to have Hannah come over the first night. I wanted to make sure I was doing everything right and also wanted the support of someone who had the knowledge behind all of this. After the week of text messages all day guiding me and helping me understand my baby's schedule and why we were doing what we did each day my 6 month old is actually sleeping in a crib and not on me!!!! She takes three naps a day religiously and sleeps from 7p-7:30a.. I feed her once to twice a night. I'll take that any day over the hourly feeds we were doing prior to Hannah. After one night with Hannah I was very hopefully and by the end of the first week I was overly excited to know my baby is getting the proper sleep she needs and that this mama could enjoy taking a shower again. 🙂 I highly recommend Dream Baby Sleep Consultants.

Working with Hannah was an absolute dream! Hannah made me and my family feel extremely comfortable throughout the sleep training process. My son was waking up 4-5 times a night and in less than a few days he was sleeping 11-12 hours a night! Hannah was also extremely knowledgable about his diet and answered all of my questions! I would highly recommend Hannah to anyone who is struggling with their childs sleep!
