I took Hannah's 4-24 month old online sleep workshop. The 2 hours were PACKED with information! I loved learning about the different things babes need in order to have good sleep and then learning about the multiple sleep training methods. I figured out how to sleep train my first baby without going to the class and it was rough even though I had lots of information from my research on Hannah's websites. I am now due with my second baby and I am actually excited to sleep train because I know it's going to go so much better! I really appreciate the confidence Hannah has been able to give me. Thank you so much Hannah!

We went to one of her free newborn sessions recently and the information has been invaluable. Even though this is our 3rd child we learned a few things we never knew. We were able to switch his nights and days almost immediately. At a week old he is already sleeping better and more content during the day than our first two children were.

I highly recommend Hannah! She is very sweet, knowledgeable, & supportive. I had to lay down (sometimes for over an hour) to get our 2 year old to sleep and then he would wake several times a night until he ended up in our bed (kicking and rolling all over the place). With Hannah's help, he now falls asleep on his own, in his room, and sleeps through the night! It wasn't an easy task and I thought about giving up at times; however, I am so glad we stuck with it - it was well worth it. Thanks Hannah for this life changer.

Hannah helped us with our 4 month old after sleep regression hit us hard. Since we don't live in AZ (in fact not even in the US) we chose the email support. Hannah was INCREDIBLE! I am so grateful for her help! She even noticed half way through that we needed to change our plan - and now we are ALL sleeping! I didn't think it was possible that our sweet girl would nap and sleep in her crib - THANK YOU HANNAH!!!!

I discovered Hannah in a moment of desperation in the middle of the night while trying to get my screaming 2 year old to sleep. Hannah gained my trust in a quick 15 minute phone consult and I've utilized her expertise multiple times over the past few months. My 2 year old son decided to boycott sleeping at the same time that we brought home our newborn daughter. Not only were we dealing with a new baby up every few hours, but my son demanded that I sleep with him in his bed starting at 11pm every. single. night. Mornings were equally as rough as I get up for work at 5am so when my alarm went off in his bedroom, he was up for the day too! We decided since we were going to have Hannah help us sleep train our 2 year old, we might as well have her help us jump start our 5 month old also. Within 1 week, our son was sleeping by himself for 11+ hours and our daughter was out of our room/Rock n Play, in her own crib, dropped a feeding, and sleeping 7-8 hours! Prior to Hannah's intervention, I literally felt like a gray cloud followed me throughout my days... wondering how in the world I was going to get both my kids to have better sleep habits and if I would EVER feel energized again. My reoccurring thought to help my sanity was, "He'll eventually learn to sleep without me. Surely he won't want mom in his bed when he's 16?!" lol Hannah offered us the encouragement, attentiveness, knowledge, accessibility and optimism that we so desperately needed. If it wasn't for her and Dream Baby, we would still be 2 incredibly sleep deprived parents just barely getting through the day, and depriving our kids of the attention and energy that they deserved from us. There are no words to explain our appreciation for what Hannah has taught us; not only about the science behind sleep, but recommended feedings, daily schedules, etc for both kids. I will (and have) recommend her to every mom I know dealing with sleep issues (who isn't?!) She knows her stuff and is both passionate and compassionate about what she does. I promise you won't regret contacting her. Thank you, thank you, thank you Hannah! My entire family is happier because of you!

My 7 month old was a terrible sleeper and would wake up every couple of hours throughout the night and wasn’t able to self sooth or put himself back to sleep. I would have to rock him, bounce him on a ball or breastfeed him to get him back to sleep. I tried so many different things and just when I was about to give up, I came across Dreambaby. I can’t thank Hannah enough for her services!!! She saved my life and sanity! Within a couple nights, my little guy was sleeping better and actually taking naps that were longer than 30 minutes. Hannah was so beyond helpful and gave me the strength and encouragement to get through the sleep training process. I can’t thank her enough for everything she did for my family!!! I would recommend her to anyone who is struggling with getting their little one to sleep. Thank you Hannah for everything!!!!

Hannah hosted a private workshop for us and the wisdom, care and passion flowing out of her was a gift to experience! There is so much to know and figure out for you and your little one, it’s really not a one size fits all. Hannah will help you find your fit. Highly recommend!

I was SO nervous and hesitant to "hire a sleep coach" but I also felt like I tried everything, read every book and online article & felt that if I did not get SOME sleep I was going to go crazy. We decided to hire Hannah after our baby girl was waking every 45 min- 2 hours for months, with a baby that would only sleep right next to me, and again nothing seem to work. Hannah was so great, she took so much time to listen to our story, understand our parenting "style", and learn about our babe's unique personality so then set up a personalized sleep plan. Hannah brought so much great insight about setting up healthy sleep patterns for our babe from her personalized plan that we implemented right away. It has now been 2 months, and even with sickness, traveling, and teething during the past 2 months we are in a MUCH better place with her sleep. She is going to sleep confidently in her crib for bedtime and naps, and overall much more happy and rested during the day. Like I said, I couldn't have been any more of a sceptic of "sleep trainers" but here is how I feel now- people hire professionals to help with successful lactation/feeding journeys with their babies, why is it so taboo then to hire a professional to help set up healthy sleep habits? Sleep (and mamas sanity) are just as important as nutrition, in my opinion! Also, I was SOOOO nervous about any crying that went along with sleep training as I thought I would totally ruin my baby, but Hannah provided such a great, gentle plan that I am here to say our babe is one HAPPY and thriving little one and I just can't thank Hannah enough!!

Kate Swanson was our sleep trainer and she was exactly what we needed and the right time. We had been through lots of sleep training before we found her. I was worried we had tried everything we could think of and my daughter was still taking hours to go to sleep and not sleeping through the night at 2 years old. I felt Kate listened to everything we had been through and tried already and came up with a plan that was exactly what we needed. This was a last ditch effort for us before baby #2 came. I wanted it to work but was afraid the sleep training wouldn't work just like it hadn't in the past. We learned what we had been doing wrong and what to change and had a different, positive approach this time. We saw a change right away and things improved almost nightly. We had the usual couple of bad nights after several goods nights as my daughter tried one last time to get what she wanted. But we pushed through and now we know how to get through sleep regressions. And I still have Kate as support when questions come up. This was an amazing experience and my entire family is sleeping more and better every night.

A yo Z Sleep Solutions is amazing and 110% knows their stuff! My girl wasn’t the best napper so i did the Naps 101 program. With Their guidance, within a few short days my 8 month old was putting herself to sleep and sleeping for 1-2+ hours for naps instead of her usual 30-45 minutes. In turn it helped improve her night sleep as well! I also learned so much about baby sleep in general. So now i feel confident about getting my girl to sleep for naps and bedtime and getting her to sleep isn’t a big ordeal anymore, just a simple routine and done! I fully recommend using A to Z Sleep Solutions for any of their programs!

Our son tricked us early on, he was only up 1-2 times a night to nurse and then right back down to sleep. Around 5 months of age, things shifted and we began the nighttime battle. Bedtime was taking 1-2 hours and he was up every hour or two all night. Within the week we worked with Kelsey Dressely we have a boy sleeping 11-12 hours a night, only taking a few minutes to fall asleep, and taking two naps at the exact same time every day, this was a truly life changing experience!! Highly recommend it.

It has taken me exactly three years to figure out how to properly recommend A to Z Sleep Solutions.
I have officially taken the newborn class twice, naps 101, and just recently the preschool class ( this is not counting the numerous times I have reached out for help due to travel or sickness or a new addition to the family.)
Our oldest is turning three and we just transitioned to a toddler bed. I was so scared. I had heard horror stories from my friends that had already transitioned. Because of Hannah and her team our gal was up one time in the last two nights. No fighting or tears involved.
I feel that Hannah provided me with ALL the tools, the science, the support. I credit her for our great sleepers and a three year old that still naps every day. Our family feels so thankful to have met you Hannah, I am not sure what our sleep would look like without your help.

My 4th child, almost 17 months, was waking as many as 6 times every night. She would not go to sleep on her own, and would not soothe herself back to sleep when she would wake. She would be full-of-energy as late as 10 or 11pm and was resisting her nap. None of my kids were good sleepers as infants/toddlers and my 7 year old still wakes every night. After 9 years of sleepless nights I just couldn't do it anymore! Having 3 other kids (9,7 & 5), it is tough to keep a tight schedule, but I was determined to get my LO in a routine. I really needed someone to outline the appropriate schedule for my child, along with an explanation as to why this schedule was important, and to hold me accountable for keeping my LO (and myself) on track. Thankfully, Kelsey Dressely @ Dream Baby was there to help me. On the 1st day my LO literally stood in her crib for a total of 6 hours between naps and bedtime, even dozing off from time-to-time, eventually falling asleep about 10pm. Day 2 was sitting and by day 3 she was letting me tuck her in. Each day she cried a little less. It's been 2 1/2 weeks and she now takes 2 naps and puts herself to sleep. She still wakes multiple times at night but is able to soothe herself back to sleep quickly. I feel like I have so much more time in my day! I wish I would have had Dream Baby for my other 3 children and would highly recommend them to anyone struggling to get their little ones to sleep!

Somewhere in a galaxy far far away, exists a place where babies sleep 12 hours at night, and 2-3 naps during the day...in their crib! Some parents and babies find this place on their own, and that is fantastic. For a long long time my husband and I (I am using hubbys FB page) heard about this place, but it never existed for us. From about 4-5 months old, our daughter Emma had an 'okay' nighttime sleep routine (with us just winging it as first time parents), but at 5.5 months she flipped her little switch and decided to heck with sleep. Her daytime naps have ALWAYS been a challenge for us, she was a serial cat napper and needed to be held most of the time just to get in 20-30 minutes of much needed shut eye. Although she is a happy baby, she seemed routinely tired throughout her days. After 6.5 mon, we were back to being awake every few hours during the night to feed her (since that is all we knew to do) and/or rock her with her pacifier with hopes of getting another couple hours sleep before we do the whole thing all over again...just to start the day with a overtired baby and hold her for her cat naps all day. I kept telling myself it's a phase (growth spurt/ teething/ etc. etc. etc.) she will go back to her better nights, but it only got worse. Almost like never ending newborn status. My husband and I were beyond exhausted, and pretty much just going through the motions of life every day. I finally decided to look into sleep training. "Sleep training" can be a scary word when you don't know what it means or when misused. Often times there are assumptions or judgy mommy blogs to warn against it or that it doesn't work. Also..it can be hard to ask for help as a parent, because often times us (especially mommies) are our own worse critics thinking we have to know and do everything right, and the thought of asking for help can feel like you've failed. However, in reality, you are being proactive to help your baby. Please do yourself, your partner and your baby a favor and ignore all of the assumptions and contact Hannah. You need the right sleep consultant to guide you through this delicate process. Honestly, I initially reached out to about five different sleep consultants. Not only was Hannah well accredited and the first to get back to me, but she scheduled our consultation that same day, then followed up with me after in case there were any other questions. All other companies took a couple days to respond, and when you are sleep deprived parent, a couple days seems like weeks. To say it's a game changer is an understatement, it was truly life changing for us. I knew right away during our initial consultation (when Hannah finished my sentences for me) that she was the right fix for us. It was like she had been watching us for the past month because she knew the problems (and solution) with barely any information from me. One of many things I learned from Hannah is babies are always evolving and changing, therefore we have to do the same as parents. What worked for Emma at 4 months was not working for her at 6, and so on. Hannah gives you the tools for current and future milestones so you feel confident moving forward. We did remote services and took advantage of the text support (HIGHLY recommend). My first thought reading 'remote services' was how could a consultant do all this when she's not next to us and in another state? Well, she might as well have been next to us! Hannah was there with us every step of the way to answer our questions, reassure us, and fine tune as we went through the process. We even added grandma to the group text for guidance on Grammy daycare day! Hannah sent us our sleep assessment (WOW - eye opening) in just a couple days and then we decided when to start the week of training. Night 1 = Emma slept 9 hours uninterrupted, Night 2 = she slept 12 hours uninterrupted, and so on. Over just 7 days of consistent routine and guidance from Hannah, Emma is sleeping through the night, and down for 2-3 naps a day. She goes to sleep on her own, in her crib, no tears... yes it is possible. There were some tears during the initial change of her routine (old routine = we were doing EVERYTHING wrong) but her tears never went unanswered, she knew mommy and daddy (or grandma's) were always nearby and there for wake time to love and smooch and squeeze her to pieces. To watch such a positive transformation is nothing short of amazing, each day we watched in awe as our little girl exceled and got the sleep that all tiny humans crave and need. . For my husband and I: It has allowed us to be better happier parents. We understand our baby more and what she needs when she needs it. We wake not exhausted. We have an idea of how each day will go so we can plan accordingly and it's not a roll of the dice, which allows us sanity. We have dinner together, watch a show together, sleep together (at same time in same bed!), little things you sometimes take for granted. It is still seems odd at times to wrap my head around Emma needing and actually getting this much sleep, and not having this tiny person attached to me all day and night long. But it has become our new normal, and my only regret is not contacting Hannah sooner. My routine baby shower gift from now on = Referral to Hannah...You're welcome mama's! #EmmasDreamTeam #NewNormals #DreamBabySleepConsultant #SleepTrain #HappyBabyHappyMamaHappyFamily

Hannah is simply the best! She is very specific, detailed and thorough in helping you get your little one the sleep they need. After a very short time with some help from Hannah we saw incredible improvements from her helpful suggestions. Highly recommend!

After baby waking up constantly in the middle of the night (ending up in our bed every night) and needing to be held for 30-45 naps, we decided to get some much needed help from Hannah! It was the best decision we’ve made for us and baby in the last 7 months! Baby is now sleeping 12 hours a night + 2 solid naps a day IN HIS CRIB! He is able to completely put himself to sleep now without any help and Mom & Dad are able to get some quality time together while baby sleeps! I would highly recommend Hannah’s sleeping expertise!

I have met Hannah several times, at various places. I went to several of her coffee sessions and gleaned as much information as I could. She hands out helpful pamphlets, which are great to have at home because it's so easy to forget things. My daughter, who is now almost 1, had NEVER in her life slept a stretch longer than 5 hours, until I started working with Hannah. We had gone through every permutation of helping her to sleep- bedsharing, crib in the room, crib side-car...When I started working with Hannah, my husband had been sleeping on the floor of my daughter's room for 3 weeks trying to gently coach her to sleep. She was crying so much each night, though, that we were ready to quit that and put her back int he bed. I even bought a king sized bed, in anticipation of bedsharing for the foreseeable future. Cue Hannah: the VERY FIRST DAY, she slept her longest stretch ever. As I made changes to my routines, schedule, and meals, it only got better. I was shocked that it seemed so easy- my daughter never cried more than 40 minutes (she was previously crying for at least 2 hours a night with us in the room). She got so good at sleep, I would put her in her crib for naps or bed, she'd roll over, and just fall asleep. It was like magic. I can't recommend Hannah enough. She was kind, understanding, put my fears at ease, and answered my questions quickly and clearly. If you're ready to make a change (YOU need to be ready, because consistency is the key), talking to Hannah will be the best thing you've done.

Samantha was such a pleasure to work with. We’ve struggled with our daughter’s sleep from the beginning. (She’s 22 months.) I’ve read books and Pinterest articles and talked to two pediatricians. But it wasn’t until Samantha gave us the tools and then empowered us to use them properly that we got her sleeping through the night. I’m so grateful we found Samantha and A to Z Sleep Solutions.

I reached out to Hannah after my daughter hit the 4 month sleep regression in November. She became dependent on me to help her fall asleep and stay asleep for naps and nighttime sleep. It was taking me away from interacting with my 2 ½ year old and left me with absolutely no “alone” time. I started feeling desperate, anxious, and resentful living on such little sleep and with no improvement in sight. I was lucky enough to have met Hannah at a breastfeeding mothers support group in October, so I reached out to her after a particularly awful day. We began talking and soon decided to start a sleep training program tailored to me and my baby. After reading through the instructions, I was honestly pretty skeptical and unsure if I could follow through. The first couple of days we tried the sleep training we were inconsistent and I nearly gave up. However, my husband and I talked at length with Hannah, who reassured us and made us feel comfortable with the plan. With everyone finally on board, we jumped into the program and saw improvements within a week. I began to see that in order to be a good mother, I needed to lead and set the limits and expectations for my children’s sleep. Instead of letting the tiny humans dictate when/how they slept, I was finally acting like their mother who provided them with healthy sleeping habits. I quickly began to notice a change in my baby’s disposition once her sleep consolidated. She was happy, inquisitive, bright, and eager to learn new skills. Once the holidays hit, her sleep derailed slightly due to teething and visiting family. But since she had a sturdy sleep foundation to fall back on, she is back to “sleeping like a baby”. I feel so grateful to Hannah for her advice, coaching, and faith that I could see this process through to its conclusion.

EDIT (read original review first): Since my original review, we hired Hannah once again because my daughter's sleep got off track when she went through a major leap in language development. We saw early morning wake ups happening almost every day and we had a very, very, VERY tired and cranky little girl on our hands during the day every day. We contacted Hannah for help getting rid of the early wake ups. Hannah once again listened to us and formulated a plan to get our daughter sleeping longer and relieve stress for us during the day. After just a couple weeks of persistent work on our part as we followed Hannah's plan, our daughter went from sleeping from 7:30pm-5:00am to sleeping 6:30pm-6:30am. She was more well-rested, happier, and enjoyable during the day. Since the original shift in sleep habits, we have welcomed a new baby into our family and there has been SO much flex in our schedule. Our oldest has slept in so many different people's houses over the course of the last month and none of it has affected her sleep habits. Not only that, but we have slowly been able to shift her sleep to 7:00pm-7/8:00am, which is a better fit for our family's schedule than an earlier bedtime. She has handled the transition of a new sibling beautifully and we are grateful for Hannah's help in that. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - ORIGINAL REVIEW: Hannah Peterson has been an incredible blessing to our family. Before Hannah helped us with our daughter's sleep, we were dealing with short naps (not more than 45 minutes), night wakings (2-5 a night), early morning wake-ups (5-6am), and we were all exhausted when we woke up in the morning. We "sleep-trained" our daughter around 4 months and taught her to fall asleep on her own, but now our problem was that she wasn't STAYING asleep. We contacted Hannah when our daughter was almost a year old. To be honest, we felt like we had tried everything - we had read countless articles and blogs and nothing was working. As tired as WE were, I can't imagine how tired our daughter was. Hannah listened to our concerns well and she thoroughly gathered information before giving us a plan of action. I felt that Hannah cared about us and what we were going through and she never minimized anything that I brought to her attention. A couple days after I filled out the initial assessment, Hannah got back to us with an AMAZING plan to help our daughter sleep longer and deeper. The plan not only included personalized information for us, but it also included a lot of general information about baby sleep. It didn't just tell me what to do, but why it was important. I learned about sleep debt and sleep cycles and it all made sense to me. Within days of implementing Hannah's plan, our daughter went from taking two 45-minute naps each day to taking a quick morning nap (30 minutes on purpose) and a long afternoon nap (2-2.5 hours). Never in her life had she napped that long! Additionally, our daughter started going to bed around 7pm and waking up between 7-8am!! I couldn't believe it. When it all started happening, we thought it was just too good to be true! But it's not been about a month of normal naps, no night wakings and reasonable morning wake ups. Without a doubt, I can say that Hannah is the one who was the catalyst for this change. She checked in with us throughout our plan and has continually offered to provide more support if it is needed. I can't recommend Hannah highly enough! She is a great sleep consultant and well worth your time and money!
