Kelsey Dresseley (Minneapolis, Minnesota)
Certified Sensitive Sleep Consultant
Growing up I knew I always wanted to be a teacher. I always “played” teacher with my stuffed animals. Once I went to college I graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology, a minor in Family Studies and then decided to go on to obtain my Graduate Teaching Licensure. I spent five years as a Pre-Kindergarten teacher and then went on to Supervise a Community Education Program through St. Paul Public Schools. (Minnesota)
When I became pregnant with my first child I immediately became anxious about the amount of sleep I would be getting once he was born. I began searching online for all things ‘Sleep for Infants’. My passion ensued when I realized I could use my background in psychology and teaching to help others about getting their babies to sleep and also at the same time educate them about the science behind it. After months of searching online to see where I could pursue my new-found passion, I found Hannah Peterson’s company, A to Z Sleep Solutions. While talking to her and listening to all of her knowledge, I knew this was exactly where I needed to be.
In the meantime, I completed my certification as a Sensitive Infant and Toddler Sleep Consultant through the Institute of Sensitive Sleep Consulting. Hannah has helped me sleep train my own son, which has been a true blessing to me, my husband and our 4-year-old Lab. I absolutely LOVE this work and cannot wait to help you and your family.
